The Model
How the HIH Pathway Works
Seven intentional steps toward stability, belonging, purpose, and multiplication.
People may enter the pathway at different points depending on what they are navigating.
ENCOUNTER
Start where you are.
We show up, listen, build trust, and begin relationship.
An encounter may happen through campus outreach, community presence, a referral, an event, a conversation, or someone simply asking for help.
STABILIZE
Address what is standing in the way.
When immediate barriers exist, we help identify what needs attention first and mobilize appropriate practical support.
CONNECT
Build a real pathway forward.
We connect people with trusted resources, relationships, organizations, opportunities, churches, mentors, employers, and healthy community based on what they actually need.
ACT
You take the next step.
We can remove barriers, clarify options, and walk alongside you — but you remain an active participant in your own journey.
You make the call.

WALK
You don’t walk alone.
Mentors, volunteers, partners, churches, and the HIH community provide encouragement, prayer, accountability, relationship, and support along the way.

The goal is not simply to solve today’s problem. It is greater stability, healthy relationships, belonging, confidence, opportunity, purpose, and the ability to move forward.
MULTIPLY
Your story can become someone else’s hope.
As people grow and flourish, they are invited to serve, mentor, lead, volunteer, give, and help someone else take their next step.

We seek God through prayer and invite His presence, wisdom, and direction into the people, families, campuses, communities, and circumstances we encounter.

Every person carries God-given dignity, capacity, gifts, and potential. We help people discover what is possible beyond the place where we first meet them.
Provision
Hope becomes tangible when a bridge exists.
We mobilize people, resources, relationships, opportunities, and practical support to help remove barriers and make the next step possible.
Prayer is our foundation. Purpose gives direction. Provision helps build the bridge.
