Here Is Hope is a faith-rooted nonprofit on mission to walk with the vulnerable and underserved — one person, one step at a time. Through community connection, life skills, mentorship, and the love of Christ, we help individuals find purpose, healing, and hope.
HOW WE WALK WITH PEOPLE
Each of our programs creates spaces of growth, healing, and belonging — rooted in the love of Christ and tailored for those walking through hard seasons.
Hope Builders Program
A 14-week life skills and leadership journey for high school students, focused on mentorship, emotional wellness, service, and purpose.
Coffee & Conversation
A trauma-informed, welcoming space where underserved adults can gather regularly for honest conversation, support, and community.
Explore AZ Outings
Healing happens in motion. Explore AZ offers culturally enriching and adventurous outings for youth and adults to connect, reflect, and dream beyond their current circumstances.
Valley Hope
A monthly rhythm of music, movement, and joy — a space to gather, give back, and be part of something bigger than ourselves.
Breakthrough Sports
Welcoming spaces for youth and young adults to connect, compete, and grow through pickup games—fostering belonging, leadership, and breakthrough moments of hope.
