The Pathway is how we empower people. It’s restorative and preventative—and people may enter at different points depending on what they’re navigating.

Connection before intervention. We meet people through campus presence, community relationships, events, referrals, and conversations.
Stabilize
Address the immediate barriers.
When there’s a crisis or urgent barrier, we help identify what needs attention first and mobilize the right solution.
Connect
Find a real pathway forward.
We connect people to trusted resources, relationships, and opportunities—so the next step is clear and accessible.
Act
You take the next step.
Empowerment is part of our model. We can remove barriers, but the individual takes ownership of the next step.

Those who commit to the journey can be paired with a mentor for encouragement, accountability, prayer, and support.
